As we scale, successful on-site implementation plays a critical role in our growth. Working closely with healthcare teams enables us to tailor Hami to the needs of each facility, gather real-world insights, and continuously improve the platform.
Purpose
The Manager Clinical Operations (Lahore) will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment, adoption, and operational success of Hami across partner healthcare facilities in Lahore. The role will lead site-level execution, ensuring smooth implementation, strong user adoption, regulatory compliance, including HIPAA requirements where applicable, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
This position requires a strong on-site presence, close collaboration with clinicians, hospital leadership, and internal teams, and direct accountability for deployment outcomes and partner satisfaction.
The incumbent will also support business development and growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and contributing to the acquisition and onboarding of new healthcare partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Deployment Ownership & Execution
- Own and lead end-to-end implementation of Hami across assigned Lahore sites.
- Develop and execute structured site-level rollout plans, including timelines, stakeholder mapping, workflow integration, and go-live preparation.
- Serve as the primary on-ground representative for Boston Health AI at partner hospitals / locations.
- Ensure smooth go-live execution and manage stabilization phase post-launch.
- Identify and proactively resolve operational barriers affecting product use.
- Escalate technical or system-level issues to central teams with structured documentation and follow-through.
Adoption, Performance & Accountability
- Understand end-to-end usage of products in clinical settings
- Drive strong clinician and staff adoption of Hami across departments.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators, including:
- User activation and engagement rates
- Usage frequency and compliance
- Workflow integration effectiveness
- Site-level performance metrics
- Identify low-utilization areas and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with hospital stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement through feedback loops and workflow optimization.
- Provide input to the product time and work closely with the clinical team
Training & User Enablement
- Coordinate and oversee structured training programs for Clinical AI Fellows, site healthcare professionals and operational staff.
- Develop and implement site-specific onboarding plans for new users.
- Ensure training materials align with clinical workflows and compliance requirements.
- Conduct refresher sessions and ongoing engagement initiatives to sustain adoption.
Clinical Workflow Integration
- Collaborate with clinicians and administrative leaders to assess existing workflows.
- Ensure seamless integration of Hami into clinical and operational processes.
- Support change management efforts to minimize resistance and disruption.
- Facilitate cross-department coordination during deployment.
Regulatory Compliance & Data Security
- Ensure all deployment and operational activities comply with:
- Applicable healthcare regulations in Pakistan
- HIPAA requirements for US-facing deployments
- Company data privacy and security standards
- Monitor adherence to data protection protocols.
- Coordinate with legal/compliance teams where necessary.
Operational & Resource Management
- Support budgeting and cost monitoring related to deployment activities.
- Track utilization of operational resources and identify inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements to optimize site performance and scalability.
Reporting & Leadership Communication
- Prepare structured reports and dashboards on:
- Deployment progress
- Adoption metrics
- Operational performance
- Compliance status
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain documentation of site implementation status and learnings.
Business Development & Expansion
- Support identification of expansion opportunities within partner sites.
- Assist leadership in assessing operational readiness for new deployments.
- Contribute operational insights to proposals and partnership discussions.
- Support transition from pilot implementations to full-scale rollout.
- Provide feedback from Lahore sites to inform product refinement and growth strategy.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or health-related business development.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or MBBS degree is preferred.
Skills
- Strong operational planning, organizational management, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, quality standards, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

This is a site-based role requiring mandatory on-site presence at the Company’s existing and upcoming expansion sites across Lahore. The selected candidate must be available to travel between assigned sites based on operational and deployment requirements.
